Girls and boys age 5-16 years old are invited to participate in a junior recreational program provided by the Atlantic County John F. Gaffney Green Tree Golf Course. 

Our Junior League golf program is designed to bring a structured learning environment to junior golf. The kids compete in a structured environment, learning the game of golf while having fun.

“Golf is a great sport for kids. The biggest competition is against yourself. It helps them gain muscle memory, strength, hand-eye coordination and balance. It gets them outside in the fresh air, away from video games, cell phones and television for a few hours. This exposure to all the aspects of the game of golf is designed to increase interest and exposure to the game while hopefully inspiring the junior golfers to continue their pursuit of the game throughout the summer and beyond.” said John C.
